WINTER MINI-ELIMINATOR AT SOUTH POINT

Las Vegas, NV: Pinacle Events is pleased to announce it has released the 2010 Winter Mini-Eliminator brochure.  The action begins in Las Vegas on Wednesday, February 3rd and ends with the final squad on Saturday, February 6th at 9pm. The finals will be held on Super Bowl Sunday, February 7th at 9am and be completed by 2pm. Following the finals a big party will be held to watch the game and celebrate the winners.

The 2010 Winter Mini has some incredible guarantees. The top 10 prizes will pay a minimum of $67,500 including $20,000-1st, $10,000-2nd, $7,500-3d, $5,000 4th-6th, and $2,500 for 7th-10th.  If you advance one round in the finals you are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $1,000! It is estimated 1 in 6 bowlers will earn at least $1,000.

These incredible guarantees are being offered without raising the entry fees. The Mini-Eliminator first entry is only $280 and that includes a Columbia 300 Full Swing. All re-entries are discounted to $180 and this includes a 2-ball tote bag on your second entry and $100 in match play coupons on all other re-entries.

The recruiting program allows bowlers to bowl for FREE. If you recruit just 2 new bowlers your first entry in the main event is free ($280 value.) If you can recruit 4 bowlers that haven't bowled in the last two Minis you get the amazing Marathon Entry ($895 value). All recruiting must be done by January 18, 2010.

The Mini-Eliminator format and divisions (49 & under/50+/205 & under) remain the same. Each squad will have its own separate 3 game qualifying by division. One in 10 entries per division will advance to the finals and earn a minimum of $500. One in 5 each squad per division will cash for a minimum of $100. The high series each day per division will earn one bye and guaranteed no less than $1,000. The finals use an elimination format (beat half-the-field in your division). Every time you advance you earn more money.

The South Point is getting in on the fun by offering all bowlers and guests a very special room rate. Midweek rooms are being offered at $50 per night and the weekend rate is only $80 even though it's Super Bowl Weekend. The South Point will be hosting a fabulous end of tournament party to watch the football game for all bowlers staying at The South Point.
